ميرنا طفلة من دهوك ٦ سنوات لديها مرض معقد في القلب لايمكن رجوع قلبها كقلوب الاخرين لان لديها بطين احادي انعكاس الشرايين.
تم اجراء عملية تلطيفية اولى Glenn procedure لتغير مسار الدم لتنقيته.
والان هي بانتظار عملية تلطيفية ثانية، نسبة الاوكسجين لديها تتضائل، لاتنمو كالاطفال الاخرين، تنظر إلى الاطفال الاخرين يلعبون ويمرحون وهي تامل ان يستمر قلبها بالنبض لديها احلام كالاطفال الاخرين لاتملك المال للعملية الثانية،
يدعو البعض لها بالشفاء.
أما اطباء منظمة الرحمة لصحة الطفولة أجروا لها فحص القلب بالايكو، تخطيط القلب، اشعة الصدر وتم شرح حالتها د.ياسر الشمري – رئيس اللجان الطبية في مستشفى ابن البيطار وقام باحالتها الى اللجان الطبية في وزارة الصحة لان عمليتها الثانية Fontan procedure لايمكن اجراؤها في مراكز القلب في العراق ولكننا نحاول مع وفود طبية مجانية اخرى لعلاج ميرنا منهم من يعتذر ومنهم من يعدنا بإجراء عملية بعد حين وحياة ميرنا واطفال فقراء وايتام اخرين بانتظار الرحمة!

Who is Mirna? childhood and illness
Mirna is a 6-year-old girl from Dohuk who has a complex heart disease that cannot return her heart like the hearts of others Because she has a reversible single ventricle arterial, a first palliative Glenn procedure was performed to divert the blood for purification. Now she is waiting for a second palliative Fontan operation. The oxygen level is decreasing. She do not grow like other children. She looks at the other children playing and having fun. She hopes her heart will continue to beat. She has dreams like other children. She has no money for the second operation. Some pray for Myrna to be cured.

Did for her sleep cardiac investigation Echocardiography. ECG CXR Lab test all free.
Discuss her case with Dr Yaser Al Shamerri.He decide to send her outside via medical committee of Iraqi health ministry. It is great effort .
We dicuss the case with other medical teams some said sorry .other we may help her But Myrna life and other poor children. Orphans waiting for mercy.
